Availability and reservations can be made by calling or emailing Peace in Paradise.
Waiting List
If we are unable to accommodate your requested rental week, we will be happy to add your name to a waiting list at no charge, and will contact you as soon as something becomes available.
All reservations and confirmations will be sent to you in writing. Verbal reservations and confirmation are subject to change at any time.
VI Hotel Tax
Each rental is subject to a U.S. Virgin Islands 8% hotel room tax, which is NOT included in the stated rental price which will be confirmed when reservation is accepted.
Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit of the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation, and must be received with your signed rental agreement by the date on your rental confirmation.
No reservation is confirmed until we receive your 50% deposit.
Note that a verbal reservation with no confirmed deposit may be released or is subject to change without notification.
The remaining balance must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of your arrival, the remaining balance is due on the date listed in your rental agreement.
Accepted payment methods are: Credit card money order, and personal or bank check.
Cancellations
If your reservation is canceled for ANY reason NO deposit will be refunded until a fully paid replacement rental is confirmed in writing.
If a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded, less 5% of the full rental amount.
Again, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is found.
